Re: Who will beat the Storm first?
I'm you with KK, I'll be putting some hard earned on going undefeated. Dropped only 4 games last year, and those teams who were supposed to be challenging us this year have so far dropped away, leaving nothing but a nice, unspoiled win/loss record for 2007. Ching ching.

Getting to know you: Pen nib up or down
A question for the ages. Myself, I'm nib down to allow for continual ink flow.
Hope this poll comes out right, tis my virgin poll posting.

Re: Getting to know you: Burger & Chips
In addition to this is the question of 'Do you drink the drink that came with you meal deal during the consumption of the meal, or be weird and wait until the meal is completely finished like Buzz does?' No bias intended obviously. For the record, I eat chips at the same time as the burger, but usu...

Re: Round 5: Dragons v Storm
It was a good solid win. Nothing spectacular but nothing overly shabby. Admittedly I agree with Lotti, I think this laissez faire style will continue 'til the Broncos game. Whilst it isn't overly pretty if it ain't broke.... Geez I hope Cam has not done anything to his knee. Bloody surprised he got ...

Re: The origins of Storm fans
Born and breed Victorian. That last minute Mark Coyne try in the 93 or 94 SoO got me hooked. Jumped onto the highly successful Gold Coast Giants/Seagulls/Chargers due to my love for the Gold Coast itself (hence a soft spot for the Titans, good win last night). Was thrilled when they announced a loca...

Re: First album / first concert
First gig: Ugly Kid Joe at festival Hall October 1994 (I think the tour was called Even Uglier), supported by none other than.... Chocolate Starfish.
First Album: Was either U2 Zooropa or ahem.... Darryl Braithwaite's Rise. Nup, I'll stick with U2... another great album and less embarrassing.

Re: Fav Album / best concert ever
Seriously PS? Nice one buddy. Don't remember Porch itself. Twas 18 at the time and found the Triple J broadcast of the show on a CD for $50 at a local bootlegging shop. $50 was oodles of $$$ back then, and it sat there for months. The day I finally saved enough to buy it, some bastard had beaten me ...

Greatest Album ever made : Tool - Aenima. Turn off the lights, smoke a J if that's your thing, turn it up and you'll wonder where the last 78:36 of your life went. Magic. Greatest Gig ever played : Pearl Jam, Rod Laver Arena, March 98, show 3. Eddie Vedder - One of only two men I'd ever turn for. T...

What I would suggest Buzz is setting up a thread... thingo... in the Rugby League 'box', where is has Melbourne Storm, NRL and Rugby League Worldwide, Storm League and Melbourne Storm Chants and Songs. It will enable people to create threads all relevant to this Stormology all under the one title. O...

Re: AFL 2007
I had some $$$ on a Storm, Carlton and Fulham triple weekend (all three were favorites). Storm won, Carlton won, looking good I think... bloody 1:1 draw to Fulham. DAMN!
Buzz, you should be happy with the weekend. I would rather get the wins in favour than the loses.

You should try the Sandringham line AAS. All through the half a dozen Brighton stations you get "Excuse me for interrupting your reading of the Financial Review, but if one wishes to alight from this delightful train at , it is advised that one packs away their laptop and cucumber sandwiches an...

Re: AFL 2007
I tried to get to the game with Buzz and Tigger. It took me 90 mins to get from Mordialloc to the 'G. After spending another hour driving around the ground listening to the game and getting stopped at every full gate, I had to give up. Not happy! Especially since I was really, really, REALLY hoping ...

Re: Oops!! ROFL
That is one of the worst feelings in the world. It's the same one as when you check your pocket or handbag for your wallet and you can't immediately find it. Twas captured perfectly on the face of the mother of "Kevin!" in Home Alone. Yeah you know the one, that "Oh sh*t, what have I ...
