Re: Blair to Bulldogs?

wow so much hate,im just saying he slides with knees to tackle thinking we'd reverted to soccer, cowers out of taking the ball (Origin 1) and passes away world cups (right on benjis chest,it was a good pass!) Billy plays a high speed sometimes high risk style of game , 95 % of the time it comes off ...

Re: Crowd and atmosphere for Sunday's game

That would have been a reasonable crowd at Olympic,

At the new stadium it does seem smaller due to the empty seats, but the atmosphere is ok I reckon ,

But I'm loving the closer seats  , could actually hear the body contact today.

Re: Player ratings vs Bulldogs

nielsen was good but would rather him on the wing, his passing is very limited. Agree 100 o/o on your comment about hoffy, been annoying me for a couple of years now. Yeah my thoughts exactly on Nielson , And i dont want to bag the kid because I think he has been fantastic since playing first grade...

Re: Blair to Bulldogs?

We were probably looking at losing Blair at the end of 2011 anyway,

He isn't on a rock bottom contract, probably middle range ,  but his status has risen,  and clubs will be willing to pay him alot more than what he is currently earning .

Re: Origin: Bellamy must go

Swap Thurston, Lockyer and Slater with their opposites, NSW win, and when Cam smith returns the problem is worse, There lies the number 1 problem for NSW, the contrast in playmakers is huge, and you go through the talent availible for NSW, there isn't much to choose from, Even the kiwis with Luke, M...

Re: Origin: Bellamy must go

I can understand people wanting a change, he has had a go , and to put it bluntly, has failed, But I still think that has more to do with players, just like he dominated  with the better team with the Storm, Mal has dominated with the better players in origin, swap the coaches, he would win, I heard...

Re: Aiden Tolman gone to the Bulldogs

I am disappointed that Aiden is leaving, but as others said it was almost inevitable, particularly after the scandal. Aiden was playing well this year, and if he didn't get injured he would have played in the Country side and probably be in the NSW side. Thanks Aiden for your efforts with the Storm...

Re: Aiden Tolman gone to the Bulldogs

we were looking like losing him before the salary cap dramas,  storm fans already knew that, Canterbury have been chasing him for a while now  with a big offer , outsiders including the media think it is the start of the exodus, but he was going anyway , at the end of the day , it wont hurt us for t...

Re: Aiden Tolman gone to the Bulldogs

Good solid player, I'll be interested to see how he goes,

I like him , but  think he is a little bit over rated.

Re: What's up with that CRAP ch NEIN sports report

When Orford was with us, he had a knack of going a bit missing when the going got tough, He was a great front runner or down hill skier,  when we were having a big win, he was man of the match, In a big must win game, scores were tight, pressure on , he had a knack of going into his shell or would s...

Re: NEVER 2 SET OF BOOKS

Yep, the problem is , We have News owning the club, half the NRL, and most of the NRL related media, They not only control the game, but most of the crap that gets spoken and written about it, they can spin as much crap as they want and get away with it, and the majority of the league public just bu...

Re: Finchy on the move ???

Finch is a very good second option playmaker , he complimented Cronk beautifully for us, When he was at Parra , he had to do alot more, he was used at first reciever too often and got exposed a bit with poor decision making from the heavier workload, Here, there was less pressure , he did'nt have to...

Re: Richie Kennar - A first ?

Well done , Just out of interest , does anyone know what age Timana Tahu left Melboune, I played against his old man ,his uncle ,  and his older brother  at St Kilda rugby league club , and Timana also played for St kilda as a young fella, It rarely gets mentioned that he was melbourne born and bred...
