Re: Prelim Final - Storm v Warriors @ AAMI Park on Sat Sept
I'd rather have Archer than Hayne any day of the week!!! Just think back to how "consistently" he handled the Manly game, and I believe that we ended up on the wrong side of a lobsided penalty count that night (if not, it definitely seemed it!!).

Re: My Personal Opinion on the Salary Cap Drama
The other big names that will be implicated at other clubs will be phenomenal! And that's why they will never have their accreditation stripped!!! Gallop and the NRL must be proven to be right at all costs when they state that only the Storm were cheating the cap. That's all that matters to them, c...

Blunderstorm, but commission boss stands by chief http://www.smh.com.au/rugby-league/league-news/blunderstorm-but-commission-boss-stands-by-chief-20110913-1k7we.html Grant said one of the things he wanted to ensure under the independent commission was clubs involved in issues such as salary cap brea...

Re: David Gallop - Disgusting
Go storm, if you think it will achieve anything please go for it. Diehard - ..and a real leader would understand the reasons why - you're missing the obvious point, he DOES understand exactly the reasons behind the booing, but he's doing what he always does, attempting to deflect attention away from...

Re: David Gallop - Disgusting
I'm really struggling here guys. Is there anyone of us on here, or at the game on Sunday that booed Gallop, that denies that Melbourne Storm cheated the salary cap? NO. Do we all agree that NRL, Gallop and the penalties: 1. Did not follow due process. 2. Did not take into account each individual yea...

Re: My gut feeling.....
Widdop has developed into a really good 5/8th in only his first year in the position, better than GI ever was at 5/8th and he won a Churchill medal!!! I'd rather Widdop than Carney any day.

Re: FINAL 1: Storm V Knights
This has got to be bullshit. Even presented before the final would be a massive distraction to the preparation. I thought I read an article somewhere that said Gauci, given a choice of the Roosters game or the first final, had requested the presentation to be made after the final, same as in 2008 (a...

Re: Finals seating
Not going to argue with you absentee, but when I rang to get my AAN I asked how many tickets I could get on my membership (premiers club), and was told two. Never even discussed the 2012 deal. It wouldn't be the first time I've received, how can I put it delicately, not quite as accurate information...

Re: 5 weeks total for Blair
Not at all. Storm management gave up easily because a) the NRL were out to try and prove a point, b) the NRL were in the mood for suspending players, especially bench players, and c) it's nearly finals time - they'd rather have Sika back for the first final rather than the prelim, and have Lowe and ...

Re: Hypocrisy of brawl
You would have to think that after all the bluster Gallop has come out with about this being a bad look for the game, that Lussick would be fined for bringing the game into further disrepute by uttering this type of shit. Probably won't happen though!!

Re: Hypocrisy of brawl
Sorry, but this is just bullshit. If Norrie, Waqa and Lowe are suspended for a technical breach of entering the field of play, when all they were doing was trying to seperate Blair and the five Manly players, then the game is absolutely LIMA LIMA Ducked. You know, in hindsight, maybe they shouldn't ...
