Re: Troy Thompson to Storm

A 30 year old who Canberra didn't want.  They took Brett White And We get a Brett White replica but much older.  Why do you guys think this is a good signing, something I missed?  Ps did anyone see Thursday night live?  Host Adam Hawes got to the storm cronulla game and said no one cares about this...

Re: Troy Thompson to Storm

Thompson will be a good signing for the Storm if this is true.

He's a solid player and he might be getting on, but having someone of his experience can only be useful for next year's forward pack.

Re: Nielsen stays for 2 more years.

Possibly a sign that Rory could be molded into Melbourne's five-eighth next season?

Re: Greg Inglis to Brisbane

Hey guys. I live in Brisbane and they've just shown footage of Greg wearing a Bronco's jersey on the NRL Footy Show.

It's apparently going to be announced late tomorrow afternoon that he's signed for Brisbane.

Andrew Voss has said this.

Re: Greg Inglis to Brisbane

I don't think Greg will be worse at Brisbane. He'll go well with Lockyer and Hodges alongside him. I would definitely be feeling nervous about being a back at Brisbane if he gets signed. That being said, I don't think the Storm will be too bad off without him. Remember back in 2005 that even Robbie ...

Re: Storm v Knights @ Newcastle

Absolutely outstanding. Fantastic performance. Brett Finch was fantastic and just kept rallying his troops, barking orders.
Luke MacDougall was great too; he weathered the aerial storm from Scott Dureau and Jarrod Mullen wonderfully.
Great game.

Re: Storm's run home - why we must finish top 4!!

All good points. It must also be considered that there are still the Cowboys and the Knights that stand a chance of getting in there too, as well as the Broncos. The Cowboys appear to be getting better while the Broncos and the Knights appear to be losing shape. I think the two toughest matches comi...

Re: Bunnies v Storm,(swine flu hysteria not withstanding) *spoilers*

The Rabbitohs were always going to come out firing in this one after their poor performances in the last few weeks. There were some good points to take out of this one though, the Storm got up and scored the points when they needed to, despite being down and continually having to come back. Points a...
