Rd 2 - Storm vs South Sydney

I think it’s a mistake dropping Meaney. As a utility, he should be used at the very least off the bench. I don’t get that non-selection at all. I hope someone drops out for him.

Oh! 4 minutes? I hope he wasn’t dragged. It’s like a sub In soccer brought on on the 90th minute.

Re: Official thread and signing news

I can’t believe I ever rated Tamou. But I still believe that if Bellamy had ever coached him, early days, he could have been anything. Poorly managed by all of his clubs who let him get away with being soft. He will go down in history, thusly… “Look like Tarzan - play like Jane”.

I feel somewhat vindicated, now.
Great 2021 leadership calls, Storm - not.

Re: Official thread and signing news

Talk about shitting in your own nest. Poor, poor form from him. It's a slap in the face to all of us and the club that made him a superstar.

Re: Official thread and signing news

I agree, Blazza. He’s been an exemplary clubman, but no superstar.
I can’t see we’re gonna miss him that much.

Are we adding Nelson to that unavailable list? Has refused covid jabs and likely to be stood down. Great, thats all we need.

As an old Bear, it gives me great pleasure to shout, “Die Manly Scum”. Evil organisation, the devil spawn of poor old Norths. Pillaged, plundered and raped by that filth SeaSlugs outfit since 1947.

Re: Preliminary final 2 - Saturday 25th

Someone just stirred up the horrible memory that was Simpkins. Never has a team been more shafted in an ultimate game.

Thankfully, that bitter taste was quickly replaced by the sweet tasting nectar that was 2007.
