Re: News -Storm sign Host Plus as joint major sponsor with Medibank Private
The back of the jersey had been left clean, so you would assume Host Plus would be on the back...unless they have been given something like the Sleeves and Shorts and the back will be left blank?

Sydney Supporter Group
G'Day All guys,
I know the first game in Sydney is still over a month away (V Roosters, Sun Mar 19), I was wondering was there any formal or organised Sydney Supporter Group for the Storm?
If so, how does one join?

Re: why the storm??
The purple was never meant to be a prominent colour when the Storm where being put together. More or less, the Storm were going to adopt the colours of most Victorian sports teams which were Navy Blue, White and a bit of Gold, however in an effort to 'jazz' up the jersey a bit, they added purple to...

Re: News -Melbourne to Storm Region
Come on guys, lets be a bit realistic. There is 23 million which is being poured into Melbourne, Central Highlands and Gippsland regions over the next 3 - 5 year. The number of development officers in Victoria has been more than trippled for 2006, and there is a guarenteed Origin in 2006 and 2009 ...

Re: Storm & the VRL
maybe the mofo's can update their website, heck i'll do it, might even build em a new one Whilst the news on the site hasn't been updated pretty much since latter part of last year, it's still better than what they had 12 months ago. Throughout the year they still updated the results and put out re...

Re: Reebok approves buyout by Adidas
Whilst the final stage of the buyout has only just been officially approved, Adidas has had a significant and almost controlling share of Reebok for a while, and the two have already been working in conjunction to corner the sports market. An example of their joint partnership was the recent ICC Sup...

Re: Stars head to country
I know the Storm aren't doing a great deal in marketing right now in Victoria but be realistic, it's cricket season, there's tennis on (although that would've been good for some cross promotion work), It would of been an excellent oppotunity, surely there is someone on the mens and womens circuit w...

Re: Stars head to country
Its hard for the Storm, at the moment if they had their own Premier League side, they would have to put up with passing the requirements of the NSWRL, and would have to fund most of the other clubs to send their junior teams down to play the Storm, like the Cowboys did when they where in the NSWRL. ...

Re: No Major Sponsor
There really is nothing stopping the Storm really even getting a beer sponsorship with Tooheys if needs be. XXXX which is owned by Lion Nathan, same as Tooheys are both sponsors of the Cowboys & Broncos despite the NRL being sponsored by Fosters Brewing. Either way, its potential sponsorship dol...
