I wonder if the NRL also backs the Titans in their dealings with Matt Rogers? Surely it is double standards by the Titans to be actively seeking to employ Rogers if he breaks his contract with the ARU? I would have thought that Mr Gallop, being a solicitor by profession, would also be aware of the right of freedom of trade? In other words, if the courts decide that Turner has no contract with the Titans, then it would be a restriction of Turner's right to ply his trade wherever he wants if the NR...
