Re: Round 16: 30.06 (Thu 19:50) Manly Sea Eagles v Melbourne Storm

It turned out a big error Paps missing 2 kicks / letting him take them… Meaney takes them it’s 36-34 when the last try is scored and it’s a kick to level for golden point. Instead of abandoning the last kick at 36-30. A bit if hindsight but Meanaey was kicking well and no need to take it off him to...

Re: Round 16: 30.06 (Thu 19:50) Manly Sea Eagles v Melbourne Storm

One of the worst performance I've seen in years (I didn't watch the Cowboys game as I was working at the time). Don't know what to say, looked like only Smith, NAS and Olam gave a shit out there, that was the most disappointing part. Hard to criticise Paps, it was only his first game back. Seems lik...

What's the inside word on Paps? Will he play? Start or bench?

Munster will likely be out, so who goes to 5/8?

Hughes is in the team gives me confidence we can still win.

Re: Rep Round

I think we can all agree the best ref out there is the Polish Hyphen: Ziggy Przeklasa-Adamski.... he needs more opportunities!

Re: Rep Round

Had to dig deep find that but 2006 was Chris Ward and Harrigan (*lima lima lima duck*!)

1999 it was Chris Ward only

Re: Round 16: 30.06 (Thu 19:50) Manly Sea Eagles v Melbourne Storm

Will be interesting to see if the origin guys all backup after a short turnaround. Paps to resume from 14 is my guess. Yeah, having a Thursday night game means its harder for the rep players to back up, Manly in the same boat I guess. I'm confident most will back up though, usually its Origin on We...

Re: Rep Round

Thanks Sally, didn't realise they had Wakeham in their team initially.

I think Fiji will be much better with Api at 9 and Wakeham in the team.

Re: Rep Round

All our boys played really well, especially the Kiwi boys... they dominated Tonga, expected that game to be closer. If the NZ team can stay fit and in form, they could be a serious thread to Australia at the World Cup. Was disappointed with Fiji, thought they should have won but shows you how import...
