Re: REP WEEKEND
Lol. Ben Roberts shouldn't be in first grade let alone play for his country.
Nice honour for Sa'u. Let's hope he has a big game.

Re: Storm & Raiders negotiating for a game in China
No ones saying they don't but its a terrible idea for player welfare. And Canberra's major sponsors are a Chinese based company. This is all their idea.stormy wrote:Who wouldn`t want to see Storm play?? We are a CHAMPION SIDE but I don`t see why canberra would be the other choice??can`t understand that.

Same. Would of been better to have Lewis as the utility and name another prop imo.

Pretty much just because of his utility value.
Still pointless tbh.

Not a fan of it. Players already travel enough up and down the east coast. Bugger flying to China for a game.

Re: Round 6 - Rabbitohs v Storm Sat 13th April. ANZ 7.30pm
One other player I forgot to mention who played well was Jesse Bromwich. How well is he playing? His stats from last night: 14 runs for 133 metres, 1 tackle break, 1 offload, 20 tackles, with no errors or penalties conceded. Jesse just gets better and better. He has the best footwork of any prop IM...

Pretty sure we do have one and will be wearing it in a few weeks. Storm mentioned it on twitter IIRC.

Re: Storm five-eighth Gareth Widdop shows he's at his peak
Thanks for clearing things up Mr Widdop. It's very hard to speak to journos without them putting any spin on what's said. I have faith in Gareth and the Storm to get a deal worked out sooner rather than later. But I understand Gaz has to weigh up the best options for him and his family. Hopefully fo...

Yea people giving it to Billy over what he did are fools. He did what any smart player would of done.
I expect nothing less from him tbh.

Re: Possible line-up for next few weeks due to injuries
I reckon Tohu would be a perfect replacement at lock. Can play on the edges or up the middle. His work rate is top notch.
Would name Slade on the bench to come on for Proctor and then move Tohu to the edges.

Re: Storm five-eighth Gareth Widdop shows he's at his peak
If Widdop's dad has his way he'll be a Bronco soon - "I'd love him to try his wares at the Broncos," Widdop senior said. "I think Gareth would be superb for the Broncos. Everyone bangs on about him being good at fullback but I've coached him since he was six and he was always a halfba...

Re: Round 6 - Rabbitohs v Storm Sat 13th April. ANZ 7.30pm
I'd go with Tohu to lock atm. He's been really good through the middle and can handle it better. And I'd prefer to keep Kevvy on the right edge
