Re: Just an idea...an alternative Melbourne plan to Gallops...
And stripping of points is an issue here as well given the Storm have to play a season of dead rubbers! Perhaps an alternative would be to strip existing points, reveal which players received the extra $700 000 over the salary cap, then have the Storm take the terrible move of bringing their squad ...

Re: Im gutted with you...
Tigers fan - shocked at this. The club and admin must be punished - but this is a few too many Slater style kicks into the head of the fans in my opinion.
You - the fans - don't deserve this.
I hope The Storm survive for the good of the game, and the independant commision we so badly need.

Re: Two premierships...gone
Oh that is the quote of the day! Nice to see a sense of humour still exists despite the HUGE penalty - a bit excessive in my eyes, one year (This year) would have been bad enough, but 5 YEARS when the perpetrator has moved on:??!!! Whoa!bula wrote: Just like Milli Vanilli cds

October 24 Australia v Papua New Guinea Parramatta Stadium Sydney, Australia  Just shows what the ARL think of Sydney's support for international Rugby League! ;-) And Melbourne would sell out the MCG 4 times over for that game, for sure! No, everythign in Melbourne is marvellous! 2...

If the Judge or Magistrate IS a Storm fan, perhaps they'll come down even harder.
The Storm have set very high standards amongst staff, players and fans alike.

Re: Greg Inglis Charged with Assault?
It would seem not. Let that be a lesson to the rest of them if Inglis is sacked (if he is proven guilty).Temi wrote: WTF IS GOING ON HERE? I thought Storm were above all of this shit!

Re: Tahu returns to league - Signs With Parra
Would there be enough money in the Storms salary cap for ANOTHER back of that calibre? No way, no how. lol serious much? don't think anyone was actually talking about actually signing Hayne [/quote] You're perceptive. I had no idea you actually did the actual contractual wheeling and dealing for th...

Re: Tahu returns to league - Signs With Parra
surely they can give us Hayne.. lol yes please...him in the Storm jersey would be the only thing that would make me just maybe even like him. He'd have to sign with the Storm for life for me to even think I like him 8) Would there be enough money in the Storms salary cap for ANOTHER back of ...

Re: Round 16: Raiders vs Storm
Some people misinterpret disappointment as hate or "jumping off the bandwagon"....but as supporters we have a right to be upset if our team stuffs up. After just one week? That's a bit harsh. After several poor efforts, or even years of mediocrity that has been suffered by fans of other t...

Re: Round 16: Raiders vs Storm
manu will make harrison look like shit today Harrison scores out wide on the bell, Raiders win it 26-16. Yup, one bad week and out comes the hate. Plenty of time to turn it around and decide to stick with it or look like the most pre-emptive bandwagon desertion of the 21st century. Your choice. Som...

Re: GI has a suspected fractured jaw
And F U Bellamy you stupid prick. You owe greg and us storm supporters a big apology for even picking that useless grub. Got what you desreved and I hope you get the sack. Oh yes, I was in the dressing sheds, and this was the only instruction he gave before the game. Really, come on. Bellamy is a d...

Re: GI has a suspected fractured jaw
I don't wish injury on any player, but if Neilsen only got a week for what he did last week, Barrett might get off scot free.
It's a shame for Inglis. He really is one of the best centres NSW has ever produced.

Re: dont play tomane again
He wasn't up front, and that's the whole difference between him leaving with peoples blessing and the negative sentiment around at the moment IMO. I understand fully why he may have wanted to leave, but he should have manned up and told the club straight up He did man up and tell the club straight...

Re: dont play tomane again
Mate, he can't have been forced out by salary cap constraints - he didn't allow the club to make an offer! And as I said that must be very frustrating, but the Storm don't have as much coin as some other clubs to buy with. I'll bet the club that developed him before the Storm got him were pretty m...
