Re: National Under-20s

I also heard that it would be the "Central Coast Storm", as the Storm formed an alliance with the club formerly known as Central Coast Rip, so I thought they would play their games in Gosford, but I'm not 100% sure.  :?

Re: STATE OF ORIGIN IS LIVE INTO MELBOURNE

That seems like a very good rating figure for S.O.O, I do hope they show games 2 and 3 in Melbourne.  :)

Re: big crowd for Broncos

It sure was nice to have a well over 10,000+ crowd at OP.  :D

It made for great viewing on TV, when the ground "looked" nearly full.  :D

It was cool seeing so many Storm fans in the Footy Show crowd.  :D

We get the Footy Show on Friday nights here.  :)

Re: Tri-nations game in Melbourne

Are many of you Melbournites going to the game?  :)

I'm going to the one in Wellington (NZ vs. GB).  :)

Yeah Buzz, four years, time sure flies eh? In reference to your comment about how low the crowd was, here's some reasons only the die-hard 8,000 or so were there: * Terrible transport to the game: Virtually zero public transport, the closest buses stopped about 20-30 minutes away, which is no good f...

Heading to NZ

Hey Cheribee,

Buzz and I went to the Crowne, to see the boys (Steven Price, Tony Martin and Jason Costigan were also there :) ), but we didn't see Anne and Ryla there.

There were about five other Storm fans there as well, top lads they were too! :D

Storm Jumpers

The only league stuff that the Canterbury stores in New Zealand have is State Of Origin jerseys (once they did have some London Bronco tops though)

I went to once of the stores last season to get a Storm jersey, and THEY told me that Fila still made them! :x

Buzz and Cheribee=> It was fantastic catching up with you after the game (and your S.O as well Cheribee! :) ), and some of the other Storm fans too. :D The boys tried their hardest for most of the game, it just wasn't meant to be. It takes a mammoth effort to bring down those huge Warrior boys...
