Re: Official Injury Updates Thread

Yeah fair enough. I guess another way of looking at it is, not once during this season have we had a full strength side to choose from and certainly not with 17 fit players for the entire 80 minutes. Not once. So we are used to playing without having everyone at our disposal. Covering for players go...

Re: Official Injury Updates Thread

Frank Ponissi on SEN - Injury wise, we are looking like we will have a full squad to pick from next week. The first time all year. Perfect timing. If there's any doubt, on any player, do we take the risk? (64 million dollar question I know) Well, yes. You have to. Anything can happen on GF day, but...

Re: Qualifying Final - Storm vs Sea Eagles

To be fair, we don't really know how communicative they are but it does seem that way from the outside looking in. I'd argue that we have a lot of solid leaders out there regardless. Who cares if they submit their queries to the refs via braille or smoke signals. If it wins us the Premiership, I co...

You do have every right.

Just as we have every right to question your lunacy of complaining about something that could very well win us the Premiership.

We could win the Premiership and Kettles will still be here whinging about Jesse and the captaincy. It is so bloody strange.

9 has Rabs, GOAT and Billy the Kid.

It doesn't matter what Fox has.

I think we can definitely lock in something awry with Schonig.

Re: Official thread and signing news

Our best chance of keeping him is if the expansion side gets put on hold for a while (as it should).

Re: RD 24 Storm vs Parramatta

I thought it was bizarre that they partnered Olam and Reimis when JAC went off. I imagine they will go back to Ieremia as a direct swap for this week. But I wonder if it was earlier in the year if they would go with Lewis or Hynes/Papi at centre/wing instead?

Re: Official Injury Updates Thread

They were probably going to rest him anyway. If NAS and Dale return it won't be a problem for next week. They really need the hitout heading into finals.

Re: RD 24 Storm vs Parramatta

I'm less concerned about the result and more concerned over injury concerns and reports. This game was not the storm we know and love and the result showed. Can't be too hung up on it. I think it stings worse because it's against paramatta Yep. To lose twice to them in a season is an absolute disgr...

Re: RD 24 Storm vs Parramatta

Wow. What a terrible performance. If Brandon is fully fit next week (and into finals) then Harry has played himself back into the 14. Ditto really with Hynes and Paps. Time is running out for Ryan, but Nicho copped one tonight. I have no idea who plays next week as a result of heaps of potential inj...

Re: RD 24 Storm vs Parramatta

Olam had his worst half of the season. JAC not much better. Felise? Horrendous.

We're even and Parra have basically completed every set. That won't remain. Should be right.

Re: RD 24 Storm vs Parramatta

Interesting changes! Definitely feel for Lewis. Not sure how Tepai has gone past Pene, maybe we are going to keeo him next year then? Huge opportunity for Lumelume, really interested to see how he goes given he hasn't played at all in ages.
