Jahrome Hughes has nine try assists this season despite missing two games. He's only one behind Luke Keary and equal third.
In all of last year, he had 12 try assists.
Surely this is a sign he's improving as a halfback.

Hughes has been very good in 2020. Even in 2019 he looked promising as a 7 - way more so than Croft, who had much more expectation.
If we don't go all the way this year, I genuinely don't see it as a result of issues at halfback or anywhere in the spine. It will be through our forwards being out-enthused or our edges not hitting the mark.

Would love to know the breakdown of assists from kicks and passes. He's improving but still has a ways to go as a playmaker.riders of the storm wrote: ↑Thu Jul 23, 2020 12:07 pm Jahrome Hughes has nine try assists this season despite missing two games. That is the only thing I can think of that he is close to 50 Storm games, whereas Albie is only playing his 4th Storm game. I would have thought you would celebrate Hughes milestones twice in three weeks.
