21 man squads to be named Tuesday at 4pm. I expect Chambers comes back in for Young as the only change.

Our man, Bai Stand favourite son - Brandon Smith...

'Feisty' Smith seizing his chance

If ever you wanted an example of making every minute count, Brandon Smith is the perfect one.

The young utility can be spotted during the game eagerly awaiting the call from the coaches box.

When Craig Bellamy makes the call, Smith is up in a flash and ready to get his hands of the ball.

He has carved out a role in the Storm side as an impact player having come in for Dale Finucane (thumb).

The level of enthusiasm the 21-year-old is bringing to the side has become infectious on his teammates.

“Brandon has come in and he is a feisty little fella,” Kenny Bromwich said.

“He always comes in and does his job pretty well. It is always pleasing to see that when someone gets injured, the next person who comes in is going to do a good job.

“It gives us confidence that the boys are going to come in and do a good job. It is a good opportunity for them to show what they’ve got and to try and hold onto a spot in the side as well.

“It keeps everyone else on their toes and it is good to have strong competition in the squad too.”

Wish we'd see him given proper minutes.

Is it weird that I want Croft instead of Jacks for this game?

Fireworks with short fuse Lodge to try and upset as many of Storm. This will be my point of interest to see how this is gonna all unfold.

Massive game.
Broncos have probably been just as poor as us in patches, but when they play well, they play well, just like us.

Funny that the Courier Mail is running a story about Bellamy potentially leaving us and going to Brisbane next year. What a coincidence!

I like that. I reckon it might fire us up rather than destabilise us.

Looking like we’ll run out 1-17 as expected after last week (noting Chambers’ return).

I want NAS to run him over.

Utter germ of a human. Probably wouldn't have found himself in his current predicament if Bellamy had given him the hiding he should have been given a looooooooooong time ago!
