Band of Brothers was nearly 200 behind going into the last round but some inspring trades have helped me to get the bickies on Foxsports  :D.

Upthebunnies as well got home quite easily over League Mafia in the GF on Dailytele. :D

Unfortunantely though in scenes reminiscent of the New England Patriots 16-0 season only to lose the Superbowl the previously undefeated Inglis Facials lost the GF to No Guts No Glory on NRL.com. Cleary bringing in Simon Mannering at the last minute cost me bigtime. :'(

In the Deliverance league, losing Hindmarsh and not playing Mannering should've been enough to cost me the GF, but I'm pretty sure Juggernauts must've run out of trades in the end and simply ran out of troops.  I was lucky I had one trade left to swap Price for Parker!

It was a great competition this year in a very competitive league - I've gotta feel sorry for Halistorm though who finished on top but was knocked out in Week 2 of the finals by just 9 points, and also to Purple Reign whom I beat by just 5 points in Week 3!

I look forward to doing it all again next year! ;)

So who here participated in the Deliverance league in the daily telegraph/courier mail comp?  I thought that league consisted primarily of bai standers... there were certainly a lot of Storm fans in it at least.

Yeah, I like Daily tele and foxsports.

Dreamteam is a little too predictable with its heavy bias towards volume tacklers and kickers.
