I'm nowhere near 'alright' but I can tell you Bullets that after telling Craig the best way to get the team to win more was to tell them to 'grab the ball, hold onto it and run for the tryline' he totally agreed with me!!! Not too shabby having last years coach of the year thinking my tactics were ok.
