Is this a desire for a Krispy Kreme? Or do you have evidence of one? (Rumours abound of one in the South East).

I had my first KK donut earlier this year at Sydney airport - sugary goodness! No wonder Tigger wanted me to bring her 2 dozen back with me! :D

LOL I picked up a dozen from there and took them to the Melbourne Cup as my birthday cakes ... but they melted in the heat :(

I was told last week by someone that works at
QV - 22 stores will be in Melbourne. First one looks like Fountain Gate Shopping Centre unsure when.  Factory will be in Dandenong.

It was on the news:
They started building the first store last thursday in Narre Warren Westfield Fountain Gate
and there is beleived to be 2 more coming out somewhere.
They handed out 10,000 free doughnuts last thursday.
I dont think though that its officialy open for business until june or something like that.

Stopping off at KK in Sydney Airport has become a tradition for a few supporters when flying back from games. :P
If ants are such busy workers,
how come they find time to go to all the picnics?

We've heard about the Narre Warren store - family all want to move there ASAP!!!  :lol:
I don't like donuts per se, but KK's are the yummiest things I have ever had the pleasure of eating  ;)
They (the original ones anyway) freeze well & thanks to Buzz we had about a weeks worth of good KK eating  ;D, I sneaked some behind the frozen rolls & no-one has found the last one yet!!  ;) :P

I usually get 2 trays as one is gone by the time I board the plane. :shock:

Well, It is open day for the Fountain gate store and waited 3 hours in a queue (in pouring rain) to get my doughnuts and i must say they are well worth it.

We were there but couldn't be bothered waiting in line for that long  :(
Oh well, the drive thru is 24 hrs so that's good  :lol:
Plus, the man works just a short hop down the freeway & his workmate lives quite close so KK's will no doubt make us all fatty's  ;)

Btw, Hailstorm is going to be bringing KK's to all our games now & we at the Bai Stand will enjoy  ;D  (well I've told Hailstorm that's the deal anyway........... :lol: :lol: :lol: :P :P)
