No worries Christabella.  Sorry, haven't been back to this thread to see your reply since last week.  Just got back from the dome.  Maybe I can post it, but that would mean I would have to roll it up!

Thank god we got away with that one (sorry Tigger).

Man, Rich cannot take a trick!  That sitter in front of goal in the last quarter and he managed to hit the post!  Poor bastard!

Next time you're down here and if Drew is around, I'll make sure you get a picture! (We used to go out for dinner with him and some of the others with our sponsorship dinners).  :)

Never mind I'll get down there eventually ... even if it's not until October, but depending on the way the finals work out I have my sights set on week 1.

Also I was just thinking about the game and there was one line from the commentators which provided a rather freaky mental image ... as he was attempting a spoil from behind: "Archer attempts to mount a Tiger" :-s

You know what annoys me though, the media write us off every week.  I'll happily be the underdog and prove them wrong!

I just wish our percentage was better, that would guarantee us a finals spot.

After cursing at the Foxtel commentators (Gryb@rSE and Healy) all afternoon during the Roos match - what a win!!!!

We are offically 3rd on the ladder and playing finals footy!!!!!!!!!!  WOO HOO WOO HOO WOO HOO

I couldn't watch the last quarter either - I sat near the TV and listened but only watched the last 2 minutes.

masive win for us the boys showed alot of heart with the young guns in the team I can really see the same sort of spirit the boys showed around 93

Listning to the local radio here Sport central with carl Langdon and Adrian Barich(ex eagles and western red)  Laidly is still heavly linked to the Freo job.  I feel sorry for him if he had to go cause it seems his work is just starting toi pay off

Even stronger now you'd think with Connelly throwing it in.  I hope JYD stays with us, however if he does go to Freo, you'd think Longmire would be the next in line at the Roos (all speculation of course and not what I'd want to see happen).

Open season has begun. With Mark Harvey a front runner for standing in for the Freo job, it's crunch time for Essendon. Do they keep Sheedy or make the stance now and go for someone like Harvey. They'll need to act soon. So..

Harvey from Freo to Essendon
Voss from Brisbane to Carlton
Sheedy from Essendon to Richmond or AFL
Laidley to Freo from North
Chris Conolly from Freo to Melbourne
North gets Terry Wallace?
