Yeh WTF was Matai thinking, he was over the line, but instead of grounding the ball he piffed it into touch!

If any one has the qualifications to judge wether a player has taken a dive Ben Kennedy is your man.
At SOO3 2005 myself and 50,000 odd people saw a World Championship diving performance which would have left Fabio Grosso in awe.
The decision was a no brainer. High contact equals penalty. End of story.
