Is there a salary cap reason that we can not get see the talents of Shaun Nona in our NRL team? He is totally outclassing everyone up north. I sure he would add more than Green.

he is in the second tier salary cap...unless blake cooper ben and all other half options get injured he wont play this year which is a shame
