Yep, updated thanks Scooter. Got that list from another site that didn't get the right Bromwich brother.

It is interesting seeing all the clubs list their teams and the composition of them. Some teams have a few props and big men scattered throughout. We have definitely gone for a quick and more mobile team.

Looking forward to see how that pans out and how the games are played.

That squad is bizarre. Of course I am not privy as to our strategy for the weekend, but I'm a little perplexed as to why we haven't selected a genuine play-maker. I definitely expected Hampton to be named so I'm not sure if he sustained an ailment during last weekends trial or whether Bellamy has already decided he'll be the run on five-eight to start the season and so he doesn't want Ben running the risk of injury. Also, would've liked Ben Roberts to be given an opportunity as I believe he would've thrived in this arena. Jesse Bromwich also would've been more suited to this format than the likes of Matt Lodge given Jesse's agile but this is probably another case of Craig being cautious.

With all that being said it promises too be an entertaining weekend. If we manage to advance past the group stages I'd declare it an over-achievement.

Yea interesting squad. Munster, Romelo and Mann will be the main playmakers. One of Walker or Hampton should be in the team though. Would have also preferred a more mobile pack.

It's mainly a young team which is exciting.

Would have preffered to see Kenny Bromwich over Griffin and maybe Junior Moors in there somewhere. And as others have said Roberts or Hampton would have been good as well. But we all knew Bellamy wasn't going to send a particularly strong squad. Having just seen the dragons team I wouldn't be surprised if we go through the tournament winless but it will definitely be a good litmus test for some of the potential origin/injury replacements to see how they go up against some high quality opposition players.

Seems like every other team has named at least one of their stars  I'm glad Bellamy stuck firm and named a young squad.

Of our squad, I expect Chambers, Fonua and Tonumaipea to shine in the 9s format. O'Neill also if he can find some space.

Very keen to check out how Cameron Munster gets on.

This mandatory playing of one of your top 5 paid players is restraint of trade - just the NRL worried that they won't get their money otherwise, won't be caring at all if we win or not, just tuning in to get another look at our kids.
