Daily Crapagrpah reporting that NAS has held talks with NZRU regarding a return to rugby.

Always on the cards...but now looks like it will probably happen

So apparently Kevin Locke is back in the picture. I STILL like the idea of him being on the roster, especially now.

Where would you see him playing? He had some amazing games when he was the Warriors fullback but I don't remember how he went playing in other positions.

He didn't from what I recall. Would be a weird signing.

He played on the wing a fair bit (32 games for 13 tries and 23 goals) but I don't recall how he played form-wise. I just looked him up on rugbyleagueproject.org to get his stats

Yeah, I just don't see how we would effectively utilise him. I hope it fizzles out as we have better options already in house, in every position.

The only reason I could see would be if we wanted him to be Munster's back up. I don't think we should though, I reckon there are better options in the state leagues we could look at.

Reports around that we are set to sign kiwi born AFL player (Hawthorn) Sherm Tatupu. Supposedly played league until 14 and would slot into outside backs somewhere.

anyone hear Andy Raymond say during the Storm v Knights game (I heard it on the replay I recorded as I was at the game)....that Storm are quietly confident that NAS would be staying in Melbourne to play League with them ???

he basically intimated that his alleged move to NZ rugby is no where near as certain as being reported...

Anyone with news ???

NAS could be the best prop in the game but I just feel like his development could hit a roadblock similar to McLean
