Chris is definitely top 30 cause he told me late last year he was up graded for this yearStormhunter wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2024 6:59 pm Actually scratch that about Lewis, if he was development he couldn't have played round 1 so he's definitely top 30

Zero Tackle have Chris Lewis as development(?) so they definitely can't be trusted. They also still have GA top 30.sallymay wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2024 7:27 pmChris is definitely top 30 cause he told me late last year he was up graded for this yearStormhunter wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2024 6:59 pm Actually scratch that about Lewis, if he was development he couldn't have played round 1 so he's definitely top 30

Rumours from Corey Parker on FOX that Jahrome Hughes wants out of his contract to return to Queensland for family reasons. Not sure how true this is he didn’t even state his source or anything, hopefully just the media being bored again.

If Jahrome really did want to leave, I would leak that we were looking to sign him to a new extension.
That way when we ask for Tino as compensation, it’s all fair!

'Rome has come out and denied it; said he hadn't actually read the story but had heard about it from team mates (Munster you think ) and it was rubbish.
We must all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately

You have to wonder - with all the complexities of the salary cap and the fact TPJ would have been on big money at the dogs if he stayed - how would we even be allowed to sign him?
The argument would be he would have been on X and the Storm don’t have that so therefore even if he is prepared to accept less, the NRL doesn’t approve it.
Edit - it was $750k he walked away from.

We need more mongrel in the pack. TPJ is a risk but probably worth it…hopefully works out better than Sam Kasiano a few years back…
