As others have said, there are options for Kata. As a start, would like him to play centre against Dragons when Origin players are out.
Very rare for us to get a ready-made, proven first grader.
Good move.

Fiji representative Isaac Lumelume comes to Melbourne after being granted an early release from his contract by the Cronulla Sharks.
Halfback/five-eighth Cooper Johns, who has starred for the Sunshine Coast Falcons in their record winning streak to start the Intrust Super Cup season, has been promoted to Storm’s senior list for the first time after being part of the development squad since the start of 2018.
Meanwhile, forward Aaron Pene, who has been a standout performer in the Intrust Super Cup for the Central Capras in 2019, has been signed to a development contract.
Sunshine Coast Falcons front-rower Darryn Schonig has also signed with Storm, further highlighting the pathway that exists to the NRL from Melbourne’s two affiliated Intrust Super Cup clubs.
All four players have been signed through to the end of the 2020 season.

Well that has been a very busy trading period for the Storm.
So we now have 35 players - the main 30 plus 5 development players.
With all the changes and elevations, I am not sure which are the 5 development players. I am guessing they are the 3 new lads Isaac, Aaron and Darryn, plus Kayleb Milne and Kelma Tuilagi . Is that right ?

Looks like Kayleb Milne has left and joined Cronulla's top squad.

So after 27 minutes of first grade, the Warriors are apparently offering Tino $500K per year on a 3 year deal
Been waiting 18 months for Tino to get an opportunity in the NRL. Finally gets a look in and immediately the rats start to circle.
Targeting Tino makes sense, in that he is a huge body, still young, loads of potential and has come through an excellent development system. Throwing $500K at him just reeks of lazy development/recruitment and sheer desperation.
