I watched the HM game which was a pretty good hiding from Souths but a few kids stood out. Player of the day was awarded by the coach to no.17 niah kirisome who played well@prop ..he came off the bench and ran hard, almost scored with his first run too. The other players who stood out were the center no.3 andrew telea who had damaging runs prob the most valuable back atm. No.10 Bowen Tigafua also played well good work rate and plenty of aggression against a strong souths side. No.5 Chase Aporo is prob the quickest back who also played outstanding. No.15 Derek Maota played well also, worked hard from his first hit up until the 80th min. Some of the boys looked like giving up as the cricket score kept ticking further away..except for the boys I named.. I was impressed by these boys who despite the embarrasing score put their hands up to keep on playing hard. The final score was a result of far too many errors..which resulted in plenty of possession for Souths. Our halves weren't the best players on gameday and were definitely outplayed by the opposition. Our no.6 Callum Cook struggled under pressure.. Unfortunately his kicking AND his passing game was way off and definitely affected our go forward, hope he sorts it out asap during training. No.8 Christian Suraci plaued well below his standards and was outplayed and outmuscled looked more uncomfortable with every run.. Bowen and Niah or no.14 Lele Afamasaga will be pushing him out of the starting lineup if he doesnt improve. Hopefully they fix up their high error rate I trainings this week as they have a pretty solid agile forward pack and some firepower in the backline they could unleash and use if they sort out their halves and errors.

Nice side, only Reubeen Rennie would make it noticebly stronger.

Interesting move of Teroi to 9, instead of Mitt or Britain. Been a 6 most of his junior days so passing should be good

Good to see PPR in too.

May not quite be the talent that NAS is but he's a hard xxxx with skills.

Reminds me of a young Greg Bird.

I have to disagree with u..pride is a waaaay more complete footballer than nas. Both are very talented.. but I wouldnt go as far to say either is more talented than the other..but Pride would def b the more complete player. .hes second rower or lock with skills and vision of a half and the power n muscle of a prop

I didn't say NAS was a more complete footballer, just he may have a touch more talent. There's a differene.

I agree he doesn't have Prides hardness or defensive abilities. But then again he hasn't had 2 years in the Storms system.
