Id be suprised if Luke Kelly is here, I can see Madge taking him to Souffs.
Rochow hasnt done anything and theres better players coming through.
Dane Chisholm probably needed to smash the door down this year to get another contract. He hasnt done so.
Of the NYC squad, Tohu, Kenny Bromwich and Slade Griffen will get full-time contracts. Wiliame is the bolter who could make a real run for a center spot.

Really ?1999 wrote:Expect the announcement of Luke Kelly's re signing this week along with possibly esi tonga.
Id have to question what he's hoping to acheive by staying here. He's ready to give firsts a crack and he aint going to get it here.

Perhaps he knows something about Cooper Cronk post 2012 that us plebs don't know.
Just a thought.
Be a sad sad sad day if Cooper doesn't finish his career at Storm
Remember this day, men, for it will be yours for all time

Looks like we missed out on Esi Tonga according to a very reputable poster on the Eels LU forum.
He's of to Parra.

Unfotunately it appears esi tonga is going to pass on Melbourne for a more lucrative deal with the eels. I guess a centre really isnt that important for 2012 as we have Nielsen, M.Blair, Niko, O'Neill, Maori, Waqa and at a pinch Duffie, along with Fonua and Williame on the way through, both are big lads already and NRL next year isnt impossible. We really need some good forwards in their prime anyway and SIKA needs to be signed up ASAP.

Big G, Fizer, Bootsie...alert the brass .
Probably the bloody Eels or the Roosters.

Id doubt its for first grade next year if true, they just want to lock up a elite-talent.sallymay wrote:mcgahan is good but i dont think he is ready for first grade

He's got a very mature game though, Id wouldnt hesitate to throw him in next year for a game or 2.
