no changes... but I guess with a Monday night game, that's not a real surprise to see the same side named

Bellamy hinted last night post match that there would be changes to the side and not just the obvious ones due to injury.

Not sure if he meant attitude , positional or personnel changes but another dis-jointed & half arsed performance like Monday nights would see us in free fall on the ladder.
I wonder if the 14 thousand figure will put an end to the "Monday is a great night for RL in Melbourne" myth

why would 14k do that? It's higher than our average crowd over the last few years...
And there's also a Monday game every week, so we have to expect one occasionally

Very good crowd and personally I love MNF...we had about 4 or 5 last year...of course not all at home.Surandy wrote: And 14k is a good crowd when you compare it to other Monday night crowds.
Radical idea,
Move GI to lock.
Seriously he is sleepwalking out there and right now we don't really have a true starting 13.
Sure Hinchcliffe tackles and Lowrie..... well what does he do again.
The fact is it would force GI to up his involvement in the game and would also make us more dangerous offensively.
He could float around and open up our offense.
This also opens up a spot for Chase once he is ready to return.

How bout the the team just get him the damn lima lima lima duck ball in the spots he excels.
It happend once on Monday and Cooper nearly scored.
PS. I do see him as a 2nd rower in the last few years of his career

The word is , bellamy is very dissapointed in lima's work rate and efforts,
and he could be the shock axeing to make way for White if he is declared fit.

Russell Gould From: Herald Sun April 22, 2010 12:00AM
THE smell of something familiar is coming out of Melbourne Storm, and even the players feel it.
The premier's season is tracking in an eerily similar fashion to the start of last year, right down to the need for some aggression.............
...........................
Bellamy did exactly that after Monday's match and in several one-on-one chats with players during and after yesterday's session.
Young centres Willie Isa and Matt Duffie, who could fill the spots of injured pair Greg Inglis and Dane Nielsen, received individual attention.
Belllamy had hinted at several personnel changes for Sunday's game and there was an air of tension around the team yesterday.
But White said harsh words from the boss were part of the daily business.
"Whatever has happened and is said won't affect them as much as their opinion of themselves does," he said.
And skipper Cameron Smith said the recipe for success was simple.
"You need your whole team playing well to beat anyone these days," Smith said.
"We didn't play as a team (against Manly) and there are a couple of areas we need to address quickly."
Hopefully he goes with Duffie on the wing, he played against Tupou last year and put 4 tries on him. And would give him confidence to look up and see some-one he dominated in NYC

Anyone still interested in this game...
I hear Duffie is debuting, good luck to him. Brilliant player for the 20's last year. Whitey may be back too.
I can't wait for this game, especially cause it's against the Warriors and more especially on ANZAC Day. Go Storm!

Or maybe Nielsen, dislocated finger or something like that in Mondays game.
