Everyone get the letter today advising that the free family pass for the ANZAC Day game is no longer valid, and has been replaced with one for the Penrith game in July???
Pissed off!!!  I had already arranged a mate and his family to come, and now I have to tell them the ticket won't work, and the kids that were looking forward to the game will now be disappointed instead!!!

We got them and had handed them out to people who were very happy and going to attend that game. One family even cancelled their long weekend away - now we're going to have to disappoint them all  :x

"Unforseen circumstances"...... tell us who bloody stuffed it up and why & maybe we can explain it to people. and they wont think the club is run by a bunch of incompetents!!
The Storm admin have freakin lost the plot - way to go morons!!  :x

They must be sending them out for different games. I got one in the mail today but it was for the Cowboys game on the weekend of June 18-21 ???

There is no way they could send out a family pass to every member for the same match.... there are just not enough seats...

that's right....my family pass is for the Cowgirls game in rd 15.

after talking with the membership dept today about other issues, it sounded like there would be passes given to different games.

what a pain.  like others, I have organised with a family friend and their kids to take up the offer.  This is really poor form.

My pass is for the Roosters game.  Sounds like they are trying to spread the games out.

Mine is for the Panthers game as I said, but the fact remains, that a week out from the initial promoted game they pull it...

Originally had one mailed out to me for the Manly game then Due to unforseen circumstances cancelled and one for the Cowgirls game received

Must be an Etihad thing then... maybe they split them between the Warriors and Manly games?  Now they've allocated them to varying games at AAMI

my original one was for the dragons game and then it got changed to roosters.  not good enough to do it 3 days before the game the way they did.
