10-12 willie isa just scored a great length of the field try started by luke kelly

14-12 storms way @ half-time.

Tries to bromwich, isa and duffie. Should win with the number of chances we're making.

Just noticed brett white & sione kite playing

another ordinary 2nd half from us. Own worst enemies, marched up the field very easily but mistakes cost us. Sharks meanwhile were very clinical.

When i left it was 20-30a

Sounds like Brett might need another week in the Cup side, he's been out for a while and for a big bloke, he may need more match fitness.

On the game, I thought our best were

- Fred Makimare. Involved alot, footwork was sharp, and got some nice offloads away.
- Matt Duffie. Really developing nicely, seems to be a bit stonger everytime I see him play. Defensively going well int he centers.
- Gareth Widdop. Impressive footwork caused havoc for the Sharks. Needs to improve his goal-kicking if he wants to keep the job. Personally prefer him at fullback.
- Robbie Rochow was dangerous on the fringes.

A few other things

- Luke Kelly copped a serve from the coach in the second-half. Dont think he was impressed with some of his passing and direction he was giving.
- If the FB was Dane Chisholm, he looks out of sorts. Needs to work on positioning. Would prefer Dane at 6 and Gareth at 1.
- Biggest thing holding the team back at the moment is patience. Once they find that, theyll string alot of wins together.

The FB was Jye Hitchcox, no wonder I thought Dane looked  looked ordinary.

Chase Stanley (Shoulder) – Chase has performed well at training and is due to return to play this weekend, probably in the NSW Cup.

Wonder if it will be on the bench or to replace some-one moving up.

I herad today at the ground the NSW cup side were not allowed to wear their Storm clothes on the play to Sydney.  Would that be right?

Haha, thought so. The Storm have bumped up the NSWRL team, watch us win the premiership with ease at this level!
