OK so fail on my part last night with picture linking... hope it works this time.

Not that any of this matters, but I've been investigating the Moi Moi try.
These two frames were taken from the replays the video ref asked for.
Seems he (and Sterlo who was commentating) focused purely on the ball and missed Moi Moi's feet already on the touch line.
NB: The replay from the camera closest to the touch line is cut off at his ankles to 100% confirm this fact.

Well isn't that interesting.

I'm very glad that it doesn't make any difference in the long run - we won the cup regardless!!!!

Yeah, but like the Tony Martin try in '99 and Dragons whinging; Parra fans will bleat long and loud about the refereeing in the Grand Final.
Always good to have ammunition  :D

Not being wise after the event but I saw this at the game watching the big screen replays. I've no doubt he got the ball down, but his foot????

anyway, all history!!!
just my opinions......critique them, don't criticise me!!!

I saw it at the time and conceeded it was a try. Foot was in before he put it down.

I spotted this too when I watched the replay when home. Thankfully it made no difference in the overall result
but good to have as back up should it ever be needed.

I concede that I too only took notice of the put down originally but was really unsure when I watched the replay.
These photos clear it right up. Thanks thinga87  ;-)
