Grand Final Day is the biggest day on any League fan’s calendar and the only place to watch it is with LEAGUE OF OUR OWN at South Melbourne Rising Sun Hotel! 

The Manly Sea Eagles are determined to make amends for last years thrashing and are in peak form.

And the Melbourne Storm goes into the match as slight underdogs – something you don’t see very often at all!

Come and witness this clash of the titans as the two best teams in the comp go head to head in the ultimate grudge match.

As always LEAGUE OF OUR OWN brings it to you LIVE, with AUDIO in a room full of this city’s most passionate FANS!!!

Sunday 5th October
South Melbourne Rising Sun Hotel - 2 Raglan St South Melbourne
The official function room is upstairs and live coverage will be on from 3:00pm upstairs. If you want to watch the earlier games, coverage commences downstairs at 12 noon.

12noon: NSW State Cup: Wentworthville v Newtown Jets
2:00pm: Toyota Cup NYC U/20’s: Canberra Raiders v Brisbane Broncos
4:30pm: Pre-game entertainment
5:00pm: Melbourne Storm v Manly Sea Eagles
7.00pm: Premiership Presentation

Hmm, if the Storm don't hurry up and get something organised I might just join you guys again.

My main problem with whatever the Storm organise is that it is based on Channel Nein Melbourne's coverage which means no NSW Cup, no Under 20's and no post-game presentation.

The Rising Sun was good last week but I think we will be heading to Livewire @ Telstra Dome as that is where the Storm have organised it and it is next to Southern Cross Station as well. Easy to get to as well by PT. Tram No.1 along Park Street is the closest tram that goes to go to the Rising Sun in South Melbourne.
