Tickets for Sunday
So who else had a hard time.
Mum and i lined up from 8am, first in line. We needed 19 tickets (we're dragging along a lot of friends)
So first, ticketek went down.
Second, we were told that we could only buy 8 tickets each, we had no idea.
Third, the ticket lady told us that the reserved area seats would be just like normal games, not a seat. WRONG. So we did not get seats together or the seats we wanted.
Fourth, we had to line up again to get the extra 3 tickets (and the line was very long). We got 2 from the front at about 9.35. THEN "oh sorry, it's gone offsale until 10am"
By this stage we were fuming. We eventually got all the tickets we needed after being there for 2 hours.
Oh well...at least we'll be there...
I'm going to go and calm down now.

Apparently there were a few in line at Southland (I was too slack to go myself 
)
There were only about 10 or so in line just before 9am, the system didn't come online til 9 so ppl were getting stressed already
That's the thing with the outlets - they're not 'official' ticketek employees so they don't really know all the in's and out's of what's happening with the game. 
There were no probs for us as we only wanted general admission.

got my premium reserved seats that ive had for the past few season all sorted before the manly game thanks storm!

We didn't have to much trouble. We got there at 12 tho thinking we would get seats in our usual bay next to the tunnel (bay 6) but that bay was sold out> I don't know whether heaps or poarra fans are sitting there or not but there aren't too many people we see there every week. We got seats in bay 9 near the otehr tunnel.

One problem we noticed was that Store Manager (of outlet) who were briefed last Thursday and Friday hadn't passed the information on to staff within the store.
But everything went fine where we were apart from the above.

I've been telling people for years that Ticketek outlets are only casual staff for them cos they in fact work for the newsagents.......
They aren't properly informed and in lots of cases aren't properly trained either
That wont change much in the future either.
