On the verge of an exciting 2006 Telstra NRL Premiership Season, Melbourne Storm today announced that HOSTPLUS, an industry superannuation leader, has joined Medibank Private as joint major partner for the next two seasons.

Finally! A sponsor who's colours don't clash with the club's colours! In fact - HostPlus almost matches what should be our colours (just add a splash of purple!)

I think it was Medibank Private on the front and Hostplus on the back, top and bottom.

The back of the jersey had been left clean, so you would assume Host Plus would be on the back...unless they have been given something like the Sleeves and Shorts and the back will be left blank?

It should be MediBank front, HostPlus sleeves shorts and  player names on the back! just like the old days...

My guess is MediBank will be front and back since they lose sleeve, and host will be sleeve/shorts

The HS said Medibank front, hostplus back and that Storm are announceing more sponsors before
our first home game for the sleeves and shorts.

Good to see Mortgage House on our sleeves tonight.  No sign of a shorts sponsor yet but congrats to Brian and the MS Admin for getting some sponsors on board.  Can't wait to get my new jersey

Our strip was already one of the better sponsored strips (monetary wise) with just Medibank Private and HostPlus, the Mortgage House deal only helps our monetary position.

Hmm, I hope when we finally play in our home strip, they make the sponsors fit into the jersey a bit and not make it look like its covered in a heap of white patches.
