Just looking at the number of members this site has and I must say that I am very impressed with 280 odd people.

We outdo the Greenhouse (raiders) forum which is quite an achievement IMO.

I hate to say it - but there's a few "members" that are spambots. They don't get activated but their still in the membership list.

I'll be encouraging a recruitment drive (of sorts) when this site is relaunched under a new name! :)

At this stage - yes you will have to WAIT! :) I'm waiting for the next version of some software (hopefully mid-November). But in the meantime I'll be working on the structure and design. Should be radically different to the current setup.

Hopefully anyways! If all goes well - will be launched late November - new domain and everything!

Hopefully it will re-direct us to the new site Buzz or will you email all 280 of us to let us know the new site address? I don't want to be in limbo like I was last time between MSSC closing down and me finally finding this site!

maybe Buzz you could email storm and ask them to add a link to the forum on their website, that would be good....lol knowing me there probably is a link on it already! :P:P

I don't think Buzz is interested in taking this to the Storm. We wanna keep it unofficial, unconnected, and uncontrolled by the club.

yeah when its un-offcial its way better. look at the panthers their forum closes at the end of the season. And same as other sites they close their forums or they are protrolled to strict and you cant say anything.

Yeah the Roosters is the best example for a long time their forums were run through the official site but they became concerned with internet rumours and unfounded allegations so were about to make it restricted to paid season ticket holders and members of the club as a result the fans took it into their own hands and moved the forums away from the club.

This has come up a few times on the Kennel and the Bulldogs officials really want to stay clear of the site so they can not be held responsible for what is posted there, I'm sure it would be the same with the Storm officals.

The one exception to the rule is the one club that has a website but no team as of yet, wouldn't you agree Kingy? ;)
