i was going to post the scores etc...but the game isnt being televised untill 9:30 in VIc so i thought i wouldnt post any spoilers in case people wanted to watch the game.
anyway....
kingy absolute legend!!!!!!!
scored 3 good tries tonight.....i was stunned to see minichello get man of the match and series...but ethier way king has gained alot of respect and many more fans now within league and amonsgt supporters of RL from his first year in state of origin.
maybe put a spioler in the heading?

Well, there's no point jumping up and down about it. But I feel I must point out some things I observed at the game.
1. There were a number of 'Where's Billy?' 'Bring back Billy' signs.
2. Ben Kennedy is a girl. And fights like one too.
3. The fourth best ref was chosen. And that's what we got.
4. Darren Lockyer is not entitled to lick the King's (Wally that is, I will not hear anything about Joey being the 'new King') boots.
5. Someone should have looked at the Cowboys for and against before loading the QLD backline with them.

Matt King was absolutely robbed. Three tries on debut year, absolute saver on game two, and the strongest backliner in the NSW squad all series. He deserves man of the match if not man of the series. I left Crown tonight thinking King would've secured the award but nooooo, Count Dracula had to get one

I got bored of the game after half time. I also got extremely frustrated with the reffing! I coulda sworn the penalty count was 10-nil at half time. Appears it was 5-3 (NSW favour) at full time.
Very annoyed at some of the decision - and it seems that every year NSW do the same thing. Every year after Origin 1, they kick up a stink about how bad the ref was, how biased he was, and that he shouldn't (and therefore doesn't) get a look-in for game 2. Origin 2's ref always turns out to be worse, so they all go back to Ref 1. But in the meantime, gooses like Gus are out in the media spruiking how biased Simpkins was in Origin 1, and that they hope Origin 3 doesn't turn out the same way.
The end result is a ref who has been bullocked from pillar to post, and is so scared of being called biased towards Queensland that he ends up being biased towards NSW to avoid the kafuffle!
Ben Kennedy is a tool. Andrew Johns is a tool (this ain't no game of soccer - if you can't stand at least 5 minutes of physical exertion, join me in the stands mate).

No seriously, I have met him and he is a genuinely nice person. But if you want to complain about 'dirty' players, look at the ones who don't play in the spirit of the game. There is always niggling and tit for tat in tackles. That's why we play the game. But I think we can leave the theatrics to the roundball game.
