Sounds like a rip off to me - Manly being the ones that'd get ripped off.
Glory, Glory to South Sydney!

Yeah, I won't be complaining if we do another halfback swap with the beagles.

It is panning out that way it seems. I hope I'm proven wrong and Orford signs early next week but how long has he had to make his mind up for @#$@#$ sake. It's just so bloody obvious his heart is not here in Melbourne. He's already had the club's final offer 3 weeks ago.

Just wish he makes his mind up, whichever way it may be and let's get on with footy, and the club finding a replacement if decides to piss off and chase $$$.

I do have to say the way Manly has treated their Captain and pulling the rug under him is just appaling. I hope they get pinged for Salary cap breaches down the track if they do land Orford.

So it does look like a meat market come July 1 - with Souths all cashed up and Manly clearly after Orford as well.

With any top class players who are still unsigned in June, I have come to expect the worst.
They have to look after themselves, and for many of them their familes as well, and if they haven't managed to work it out in the 6 months previous theres no doubt they would be looking elsewhere to secure their future for the next few years.

Nah.... We have some up and comers At Norths and Cronky is more than capable.

Could even say if Ox stayed we might of lost Cronk. Same senario as Swain and Smith.
It'll all work out 'cause of our excellent coaching staff.

Not the same scenario as Swain and Smith... while Swain was good, Smith is better. Orford is a better player than Cronk
Storming our way to glory!
