2GB live into Melbourne
Amazing what these media owners can do, when they want (or need) an audience.I for one thoroughly enjoyed SEN this afternoon. I doubt many in Melbourne would have appreciated just what was going on. My, how the times are changing. This broadcast is history making. Loved it and hope they do it again next sat and sun.

It was great to get to hear league, and i have to say that once the game started, Hadley's call was really entertaining, and quite good, but by god do they talk shit before and after the game

haldey doesnt always do the scores tho...like he never goes to melbourne because he hates melbourne and the storm...so he will never be calling a storm game...only time he would call a storm game was if it was vs eels or someshit.

That might be true, but at the end of the day, if as League fans in Melbourne we want to increase our exposure to the game, we need to show that there is an audience out there for it, even if it means listening to Hadley

so he just does the 3pm game or 2:30 game?
But what is so good about him being broadcast into Melb when he constantly berates Melbournes involvement?steaming stormer wrote:That might be true, but at the end of the day, if as League fans in Melbourne we want to increase our exposure to the game, we need to show that there is an audience out there for it, even if it means listening to Hadley

It gets more publicity for Rugby Leauge into Melbourne... that is what is good about it. If it draws one more person to a game, then it is a good thing
