Now that is my defintion of a true champion =D> What a legendary player he is. Level headed, always wishing to improve his game and at only 21 years old is being considered as our next skipper. This guy deserves to play Origin and for Australia. Good onya Cam :thumbleft: If I ever meet you its my shout. :D

Excellent to hear him say that. I just hope the club doesn't try to rip him off in his contracts because he's said he wants to stay for good.

Looks like I'll be continuting to take an interest in the Storm in that case.
It is refreshing to see representative players repay the the club that developed them rather than seek the higher paying contract that could be gained elsewhere.

The question is does he have an evil manager that could persuade him to re-think what he has said in that article when his current contract expires?

cam is an absolute champion! i think it is FANTASTIC that he has said he wants to stay with us, not only is he probably our most consistent player he seems to be a genuinly nice guy! ive also noticed weneva theres been a bit of biffo on the field cam neva gets involved but always trys to break it up. a true champion who will one day hopefully not only play for australia but captain us to.

Yeah and I get the impression he has been Mr Nice Guy on the field his entire life, from the official site:
Cam was an outstanding junior winning his club’s best and fairest no less than nine times out of eleven.
That's one hell of a record!
