i didnt want to start a new topic ..so ill reply with it in here:

The guys from X Factor sensation Random, continue to train at Melbourne Storm head quarters. Alex Corvo, the Storm's strength and conditioning coach, has had them in the pool and in the gym. The program continues in the gym this week as Random gears up for Sunday night's elimination round.

And if they are in Sydney they can always join us Sydneysiders at the games if they wanna make some noise. Of course, I wouldn't have a clue who they are since I've only seen about 5 minutes of X-Factor all series and hated it.

The remote was out of reach. Watching X-factor for a handful of seconds gave me the motivation to go get it.

Well that's ok then... (I'll resist the urge to insert some chauvinistic joke here)

The only X Factor I've watched was the brief bit when they had Random with the Storm guys.

I don't mind X-Factor, I watch these kinds of shows from time to time for the singing. Don't care about everything else though.
