Really keen to see how a few of these guys go, particularly Paps back from injury, along with some fringe guys like Russell-Smith, Powell, Bradley, Vaalepu and Hinchy.

I’d also like to see Reimis and Marion step up and put their hand up for a centre spot, it’s now or never for these 2.

I love that the game is on Fox and is being telecast and treated like a proper game, got pre-game analysis and everything very exciting to see usually pre season is a lot of checking scores on Twitter or trying to get down to the field so this is nice.

Only change I’ve noticed is Wishart has replaced Garlick at 9 who is out of the squad entirely and young Coby Williamson replaces Katoa on the wing.

Not expecting a win but can’t wait to see what this team can do.

1st minute - Papenhuyzen with a nice first touch, wrong foot’s a defender and we complete well. Pezet looks to have a decent boot too.

3rd minute - Some nice goal line defence, Smith and Seve both making vital tackles. But we are penalised for a late hit by Pene.

5th minute - Bulldogs try, awful rushing defence from Coby Williamson, terrible read. 2 penalties conceded already Bellamy won’t be happy.

10th Minute - Storm just grinding through the sets at the moment, haven’t threatened the red zone yet.

11th minute - Penalty Storm and we are on the attack, Reed Mahoney on report for a late hit on Russell-Smith

13th minute - TRY!!! Ieremia after some nice work by the halves in the middle, Paps puts Dean over for a lovely try in the corner

16th minute - Strong goal line stand after an error from Pezet, with Ieremia bundling Xerri into touch on the 5th.
