Nas is a huge inclusion. I'm happy he is in, he is young and full of muscle surely his knee can repair in time.

This game could not be better positioned for NZ, essentially a home crowd, in red hot form against a flat storm on a huge occasion.

If Pene can make the squad I'd feel much better, we need the energy he brings.

I love CB to bits but we’ve got to use the bench more. Last week the replacements got an average of about 20mins or so.

May have been skewed by Eisenhuth injury but Sims and Garlick must get more than 14 and 22 mins respectively…especially with NAS on an injury return

I don’t rate Pene at all. Tepai is getting game time in qcup so he should be available soon but who does he even get in over?

I was meaning when all fit..

Tui’s 2 game ban for a late shove on DCE is a joke. Haas gets 1 game for breaking a guys hip!

MacDonald, Eisenhuth (both injured), Pezet and Howarth drop out. Wishart and Pene to the bench. Anderson and Moeroa now 18th and 19th men.

Feel like the bench is worse but hopefully Pene can prove he belongs in the 17.

Ageeed. Can’t see how the bench can carry both Garlick and Wishart, but Moeroa has had one QCup game so he’d only be good for 15 minutes before he’s gassed. We’re definitely a quality forward short in the roster.
