Having finally got around to watching last weeks game I can only say how proud I am of the entire team. Lumelume was very good but has also caught Suli's habit of running in, he will get plenty of high balls too. Schonig I was very impressed with, much more so than Vete. Lewis was also very good, very dependable. Very disappointed for Seve. Listened to the ABC coverage live and they suggested Hynes for the halves but Luke Lewis said one of the Storm people said he didn't always make the right decisions hence fullback or out wider. I do think later in the game he cost Lumelume his first try with the infield kick.

What's our best team, with what I saw I think it's hard, very hard to decide. Very happy with the team.

i reckon our best team is this

1 Ryan Papenhuyzen
2 Suli Vunivalu *
3 Brenko Lee
4 Justin Olam
5 Josh Addo-Carr
6 Cameron Munster
7 Jahrome Hughes
8 Jesse Bromwich
9 Cameron Smith
10 Christian Welch
11 Felise Kaufusi
12 Kenny Bromwich *
13 Dale Finucane *
14 Brandon Smith *
15 Tino Faasuamaleaui
16 Nelson Asofa-Solomona *
17 Tom Eisenhuth *

* Currently out injured.
Not sure if Tui will make it back in time, that last bench spot in my opinion comes down to him and Eisenhuth. I think Eisenhuth ahead due to his versatility and ability to play in the centres if an injury in game.

Got some good depth though with Leutele, Hynes, Schonig, Vete, King to cover.
Happy with Lumelume, Lewis and others too, but we would be in trouble if we need them for finals.

Pretty much agree with you on that team except I would put Jacks in for Eisenhuth.

Mattpoet interestingly on the Storm team post Jacks is listed as an out in opening paragraph but in the 19 man team list listed in the same article Jacks is included but Earl is not.

In any case unless there is an injury I don't think either play tonight.

Kenny Bromwich will start in his return game, Chris Lewis moves to the bench.

Nicho Hynes, Albert Vete and Darryn Schonig round out the bench.

Inside 10 minutes, already Jesse and Schonig off for HIA. Hopefully Jesse doesn't have any damage to jaw or cheek.

Lumelume just made his first mistake, had to be more urgent and knock ball dead.

Although still not sure how Lee knocked on up the other end.

The Lumelume no try and then straight down the other end of the field, does not look good. Geez I hope I'm wrong.

We worked way too hard to be down more than a try. Hughes has the missed tackle but real lazy effort from Felise.

And Paps has learnt how to pass :D

To be honest, I'll take being 4 points down with the lack of possession and some questionable calls go against us. If we can get more ball down their end we can win this.

I totally agree Pole.

How dangerous do we look on left hand side? Papenhuyzen, Kenny, Olam and Foxx?

But did we? Many times caught out at marker and no real enthusiasm in defence, or attack. Can't comment on Ashleigh Klein cause can't see the ten metres, we do seem to give up a few penalties though...
