All finals to be played in NSW
According to the smh today the nrl is set to announce in the next few weeks, because all clubs except for us that will be in the finals this year are from NSW or the ACT, all finals will be played in those 2 locations.
This is disappointing as it could be yet another obstacle we have to overcome this year if we finish top 4.
I was hoping we would be able to play our home finals, if we qualify for them, at Suncorp where we seem to play some well and whilst not here in Melbourne, it would atleast be some advantage over NSW teams.
Having to travel though to NSW, would be unfair if we were the higher ranked team and then had to take someone on like the eels, roosters or panthers in their home city.
What does everyone else think about all finals in NSW/ACT and how that impacts our chances?

What a shock... V'landys is a NSWRL puppet, so I am hardly surprised.
That is BS, especially if the biosecurity protocols and the QLD exemptions are still in place. Why would it suddenly make sense to stop teams going to QLD after the regular season? There is no COVID reason to do so. The only explanation is providing a further advantage for NSW/ACT based teams.

It has Storm vs Roosters (or less likely, the Eels) on Saturday 7:45pm at Suncorp.

Panthers playing at home Friday night 7:55pm
Canberra/Parra vs Sharks at either GIO or Bankwest Saturday 5:45pm
Knights vs Rabbitohs at McDonald Jones or ANZ Sunday 4:05pm
