The Victoria Thunderbolts will kick off their 2020 UNE SG Ball Cup season on Sunday 9th Feb, with the squad jetting off to Trusts Stadium, Auckland to take on the New Zealand Warriors in Round 1.
Since preseason training begun in November, the Thunderbolts squad have been training hard in preparation for the 2020 campaign.

First up loss for the 18s...not all bad though from all reports from people at the game the boys played really well just dropped the ball which lead to a try in the last 10 minutes to make the score look worse...
Also if they have any highlights check out the intercept and run away try from the 3rd in the Finau family Sione ...was amazing

Newcastle last year from what I heard he has come home homesick...one of the guys from my team said they saw him at Truganina Rabbitohs training

Tbolts had a trial on the weekend vs Sea eagles and Rabbitohs in syd
We beat the sea eagles not sure of the score
We lost 28-8 to the rabbits talking to a Rabbitohs friend she said the score didn’t reflect the game as it felt a lot closer then the final score says

Not too sure on other U18 players who are contracted to the Storm other then Jack Howarth (Easts Tigers) but well worth following both sides.
SC Falcons have picked up speedy backs Lachlan Santana (Bundaberg), Pat McGinn (Toowoomba), Robert Derby (Cairns) and Blake Laherty (Rockhampton).
