Yep, seriously, I'd rather go home now than play in a GF reffed & decided by these wankers. Can you imagine what it's going to be like next week against the Raiders, who have been gifted a spot in the GF with very questionable and blatantly wrong calls from both the refs and MRC all through these finals!
And Earl showed exactly what he's capable of...
We can pot shot the refs all we like but we totally lost that game at the selection table, and the loss of Suli was obviously the catalyst. Btw, what happened to Suli?
Has Chambers played his last game with us?
Is Jesse our vice captain, do we have anybody else with leadership credentials, I'm not seeing it with Jesse.
Nelson was brilliant all game.
Here's to next year!
Will worry about big picture stuff later.
Commend their effort for continuing to find ways to keep us out. Was very little between both teams in the end. One had a bit more fortune in how they got points and that was the difference. Brandon Smith was our best I thought.

Yep, Earl is done with FG - we have soooo many better options that should get a run ahead of him, and we certainly don't need a Centre/Winger on the bench, period. Just dumb from Bellamy and the coaching/selection staff.
Also, other than a few spurts in the second half, Cam Smith and Munster weren't anywhere near as involved in attack as they should've been. We have seen plenty of times now that when Smith has a quiet game and doesn't run from dummy half we struggle in attack (see last year's GF for reference), and tonight was no different.

Agree. We needed luck to beat this mob, and didn’t get it.blazza18 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2019 10:02 pm Will worry about big picture stuff later.

In better news, this coming week will be stress free for the first time in 4 years!
Shattered.
The Roosters got some luck but ultimately got the job done and we didn’t. Their defence was good and probably made to look better by our average attack.
It felt like we often tried to go to the edges before we earned the right... The Roosters were out on their feet midway through the second half but we just couldn’t capitalise.
F*cking Roosters.
