The Storm website has Welch on an 'extended bench' but he is not shown in the team list (21) printed on nrl.com... Apparently Welch and Billy Walters are on an extended bench.
Last meeting we got away with a win by the skin of our teeth. That was with the Warriors missing a bunch of high profile players... This time around those high-profile Warriors players are back and we have four guys backing up from SOO 1, in NZ.
I hope I am wrong, but I can't see us coming away with a win here. The Warriors lift this time of year and I think we will be flat.

Would love to see Walters and Croft in the halves just to get a look at both of them in the same game. I know Craig would have them playing different roles but will be good to see what our options are for Munster's halves partner going forward.
I'd rather see each of them play with Munster. What you will see when they are together may not be representative of them individually.
Want to see Walters given a chance though.
We must all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately

Great news that Welch is in the 19. Even if he does not play, by being the reserve forward presumably he has been passed fit- _ only 4 weeks after it looked like he would be out for the season.
