Friday 12th April
1300 Smiles Stadium

Short turn around this week to face an under pressure Cowboys line-up. If we show up with the same enthusiasm as last week we will be in trouble.

Their forwards have been poor in the opening rounds. Hoping our boys in the middle will dominate and the game can flow from there.
Forecast says possible shower and max of 30 in Townsville on Friday. If conditions are wet I would think about dropping NAS to the bench so he has more time to apply the grippy spray thing.

Odd. I'd have him behind Blair for a spot in the backline. Are we dropping Seve and/or Pap? Unlucky if so. Is JAC still unavailable? Scott out injured?

Earl playing is a "good story". I don't get it though.

As long as the boys don't turn up expecting to win we should do well against a fragile defence and disorganised attack.

Scott out with a ‘virus’... Old fashion hook after last week?

It could be "a hook " as you say. But last week after the Melbourne try, Scott was bent over throwing up.

Saw that, wasn't a great look. Fortunately nothing made of it.

Been looking at his numbers in the QRL and (his hattrick aside) they haven't been much to write home about. I'm more surprised by the continued omission of Stimson.
