It's more to do with your "pathetic" comment. We all know what you think about Hoffman; but just maybe the most winningest (god I hate that Americanism, but it's appropriate here) knows a bit more than we do and has good reasons for resting Smith.
Nup, there is no current, rational argument for selecting Hoffman over a B Smith or a Stimpson. He is cooked. Thanks for the memories - either that or go out with a blast by going ballistic on Burgess' head. Yes, Hoffy, go out with a bang and a lengthy suspension on the sidelines.

So Robert Jennings is out for them. He’s the equal top try scorer in the nrl so big blow for them

Late mail: Robert Jennings is out due to a hamstring injury. Suliasi Vuniavlu is out after travelling home to Fiji to attend the funerals of two close friends. Justin Olam moves onto the wing.

No offense to young Jennings but you or I could look good on the back of their forwards/backline. He has scored many easy meat pies this season.

Yeah agreed. While I can see the benefit of playing funny buggers when it comes to the halves, I don't think there's much if any when it comes to wingers
