Some pretty sweet highlights from that game. The entire play for Billy's second try and Suli's 30m cutout for JAC the standouts ;D

Youngsters shine under Friday night lights

When times get tough during 80 minutes you tend to turn to your senior players to get you through.

However on Friday night, as the Broncos surged in the second half, the younger crop of Storm players refused to back down.

In fact it was as the game hung in the balance with just a four-point lead, that Craig Bellamy turned to pocket-rocket Brandon Smith off the bench.

The 21-year-old ran for 50 metres from just three runs to help swing the momentum back Melbourne's way.

Smith was not alone, Curtis Scott, Suliasi Vunivalu, Josh Addo-Carr, Christian Welch, Nelson Asofa-Solomona, Cameron Munster - all 23 years of age or younger - stood up when it mattered.

It was a mentality that certainly satisfied the coach.

"We've got a lot of young blokes in our side, it would have been easy for them to drop their head a bit and tighten up but we didn't," Craig Bellamy said.

"We kept playing the footy that we wanted to play.

"I thought our last 20 minutes of that second half was really good, I thought we were quite brave."
