Storm vids on ebay

I've noticed that the 2007 GF DVD is selling as high as nearly $50. Only copies of the 1999 GF are VHS tapes. Was it released on DVD in 1999? I have the 1999/2007 double pack on DVD. I wonder how rare/how much they'd fetch for? There are none of the 2009/2012 DVDs available. This might be of interest to someone who has a DVD converter and wants the 1999 GF.
